- Q. How are you cheaper than other suppliers?
- A. That's our whole business model. By selling directly to you and cutting out the middle man this enables us to keep our costs to you at a minimum. We aim to bring affordability back to the hair tools industry market.

- Q. Where are you based?
- A. South Birmingham
- Q. Is my data safe with you?
- A. Yes! See our privacy policy, we are registered and fully compliant with the I.C.O so nothing to worry about. We got you!
- Q. Why is there a security tag on the scissors?
- A. The security tag is there to purely uphold the maximum level of quality control. Obviously we never want to sell used/display scissors as new so by adding our tags this stops scissors being re-sold under the incorrect category. Please see our returns policy for further info on this.
- Q. Why isn't there a landline phone number to contact you on?
- A. We are Barbers by trade so instead of having a landline number that we wont always be based at we just use a mobile as its far more accessible.
- Q. Is there a finance payment option?
- A. Yes! We have teamed up with the famous Klarna to offer excellent flexible payment options at no extra cost to the buyer.
